Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee's main purpose is to consider and approve candidates for membership of the Council, and to review performance of the present membership of the Council of Management of the Africa Centre. It can also be involved, when needed, in reviewing membership of the Council's other Committees and the constitution of The Africa Centre’s charitable association. If called on to do so the Nominations Committee will conduct interviews on behalf of the Council for both voluntary and employed positions. The Nominations Committee is chaired by Kaye Whiteman, a long-standing Council of Management member and now vice-Chair of the Africa Centre. Other members of the Nominations Committee at present include:

• Kaye Whiteman, vice-Chair of the Africa Centre and Chair of the Committee
  
  
• Oliver Tunde Andrews, Chair of the Africa Centre
  
  
• Patrick Wilmot, Council of Management member
